OJOKORO COUNCIL BOSS CELEBRATES NIGERIA’S 65TH INDEPENDENCE, REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO DEVELOPMENT
As Nigeria marks its 65th Independence Anniversary, the Executive Chairman of Ojokoro Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. (Barr.) Oluyemisi Adenike Rosiji, has congratulated Nigerians on the historic milestone, describing it as a moment of pride and reflection.
In a statement celebrating the occasion, Hon. Rosiji commended the resilience and unyielding spirit of Nigerians, noting that the nation’s journey, though challenging, has been marked by progress and hope. She acknowledged that while Nigeria may not yet have reached its desired heights, the country is steadily moving forward on a path of growth and transformation.
“Sixty-five years of independence is not just a testament to our resilience but a reminder of the collective efforts of leaders and citizens in shaping Nigeria’s journey. We may not be where we want to be, but we are certainly advancing, and there is so much more to achieve,” she stated.
Rosiji expressed confidence in the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, emphasizing that it is already delivering transformative results and paving the way for a brighter future for the nation. She called on all Nigerians to remain steadfast in their pursuit of unity and progress, urging them to face current challenges with courage and determination.
To the people of Ojokoro, Hon.
