Eti-Osa East LCDA Chairman Pledges Support for Creative Industry
The Executive Chairman of Eti-Osa East Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Biliaminu Samson Agunbiade, affirmed his administration’s commitment to supporting the creative industry. He gave this affirmation Monday 11th August, during a courtesy visit by the Theater Arts and Motion Pictures Producers Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN), Eti-Osa Chapter.
Speaking at the meeting held in his office today, Hon. Agunbiade expressed gratitude for the association’s goodwill gesture, which included the presentation of a specially framed portrait by the TAMPAN delegation. He emphasized his dedication to fostering an enabling environment for the arts and entertainment sector to thrive, recognizing its vital role in driving socio-economic development within Eti-Osa East.
Led by its Chairman, Mr. Shakirudeen Ogunsola, and Secretary, Mr. Oluwasegun G. Respect, the TAMPAN delegation included notable industry figure, Mr. Mohammed KekereOgun (popularly known as KMT). The visit highlights the importance of collaboration between local government and the creative community, with both parties committing to future initiatives aimed at boosting the creative economy.
